Riley Rattan Hanging Solar Lantern

Bring a relaxed, holiday feel to your garden with the Riley Rattan Hanging Solar Lantern from Baloira. This outdoor solar lantern features an open-weave rattan shade in a soft bell shape, topped with a black solar cap and hung from a black chain and hook. Hang it wherever the sun reaches: a tree branch, an open pergola beam, a garden arch or a shepherd's hook in a garden bed.

During the day the solar panel charges the lantern, and at night a warm white 3000K LED glows through the weave, throwing patterned shadows across paths, decks and lawns. The lantern measures 22cm across and 18cm tall, and the hanging length adjusts up to 57cm so you can set several at staggered heights. Each lantern lights an area of roughly 5 to 10 square metres, with no wiring or power bill.

Rated IP44 against splashing water for outdoor use, the Riley should be hung in open sun rather than under a solid roof or deep shade so it charges well. Buy it as a single lantern or in 2, 4, 6 or 8-packs to string through trees for a party or line an outdoor dining area. Its natural, rustic-modern look suits coastal, boho and hinterland gardens and relaxed backyard entertaining all summer long.
